GRAND OPENING THIS COMING SATURDAY!

We will have our Grand Opening from 2:00 - 6:00 this coming Saturday with a rain date of next Saturday, April 5th. We are believing for NO rain this Saturday! The high is supposed to be 75!

Many have asked what they could bring. We are asking for chips/snacks, sodas and water. This is all stuff that we are going through every day there now. Candy is also something else that you can help with. Addicts have a sugar craving especially in the morning. This is "bait" to be able to use to minister the GOspel to them. Laffy taffy is something that is very in demand. Chocolate is always wanted by to the craving addict.

We also have a needs list of other things that we have not been able to get yet. We will be taking donations to help purchase these items. The donations will also be to keep us ahead in our rent. We have many people that verbally said that they were going to commit to be monthly partners but to this point have not. We understand that things come up but this is something that we have to stay on top of. I have been too busy since returning from New Orleans to work on it. Monthly partners are crucial to a a ministry such as this one.

OUR NEEDS

• Our most expensive need right now is a security system. I believe Chris Ferrer told me that we are looking around $300-$400 for what we need.
  
  
  • We need 6 - 6 foot white plastic tables
  
  
  • We are hoping for the plastic chairs to go along with the tables. We also need the chairs for times when we will be showing Christian movies or doing discipleship training.
    
    
    • We have not been able to come to a final decision what we are going to do with the floor but that will also be an upcoming expense.
      
      We have been blessed to get many items donated. We were so blessed to have a 55 inch TV donated this week! Computers are being donated. We have been so blessed!       The Lord is really moving in this ministry! Just yesterday Angie left with a mother and baby to go out of state to get them the help that they need. I was up late last night working with a family to get their heroin addicted son into a rehab. Today I will put a young man that is very close to me on a bus for Indiana to a solid Christian rehab so that he can get his life together. There has not been a day that I have been in the new headquarters that a prostitute has not walked in the door. Sometimes they have been there for two hours. One day I had six prostitutes come in! Just the other night a man stopped in battling with depression and I am now working with him. We have had around 100 walk ins in less than a month without officially being open.
      
      All of us this cost money. We praise the Lord for those of you that have helped us financially and with your prayers! We still need monthly financial partners to hook up with us! Please prayerfully consider becoming a partner of Bull City Outreach Ministries.
