THE HELP WE WILL OFFER AT OUR NEW LOCATION

The help we will offer…..

• JESUS - Hosea 4:6 My people are being destroyed because they don't know Me.

• Light in the darkness. This is a very dark part of Durham. Prostitutes, gangs, drug addicts, drug dealers, alcoholics, homeless, etc.

         Acts 26:18 to open their eyes, so they may turn from darkness to              light and from the power of Satan to God.

• An answer to someone’s prayer for their love one or friend. We strongly believe that there is someone crying out to the Lord for these lost people to come out of the life they are living.

                                                                            Psalms 6:9 The LORD has heard my plea; the LORD will answer my                                                                             prayer.

• Food and drink

         Matthew 25:35 For I was hungry, and you fed Me. I was thirsty, and you gave Me a drink.

• A place to come in out of the weather.

         Matthew 25:35 I was a stranger, and you invited Me in.

 

• Clothing – in the winter time we will provide coats, hats, gloves, blankets, etc. Other clothes that people are in need of.

Matthew 25:36 I was naked, and you gave Me clothing.

• Brochures and information for biblically sound rehabilitation centers.

Matthew 25:36 I was sick, and you cared for Me.

 

• Direction for inmates getting out of the Durham County Jail. Working with them inside and out.

Matthew 25:36 I was in prison, and you visited Me.'

• Ways of transportation and financial help to get to rehabilitation centers.

• Ministry & Counseling

 

Proverbs 11:14 Where there is no guidance the people fall, but in abundance of counselors there is victory.

• Direction for jobs

 

• Direction to get out of gangs/Possible relocation

 

• This will not be a “hand out center”. We will be willing to help those who are willing to help themselves.
