MARDI GRAS MISSION TRIP 2015!

The annual Mardi Gras Mission Trip is coming up quickly on us! January 7th (Wednesday) will be the day we need to know who is going so that we can give the count to YWAM in New Orleans  on the 8th.

We are planning on departing Durham on Tuesday evening February 10th. We will drive to Atlanta for the night then roll into New Orleans on Wednesday. We will witness on the streets through Monday the 16th then depart New Orleans on Tuesday the 17th. We will again drive to Atlanta to spend the night then arrive back in Durham in the afternoon on Wednesday the 18th. For anyone that can not stay then entire time the option of driving yourself or flying down are other options.

I started making this trip in 1998. I have missed two years since then. This trip is an excellent time of learning to witness for Jesus on the streets or rekindling the fire by being around other like minded followers of Jesus Christ! Our main goal in taking teams to New Orleans is that those going would bring the fire to witness to the lost back to our streets in Durham or wherever they come from. This is an intense trip and it is not a trip that everyone who wants to go gets to go, you must be spiritually ready. If you are interested in going please contact Pastor Terry @ 919.900.0220.

We will be discussing the details at a meeting to soon be announced. Last year the trip was just under $500 per person. There is still plenty of time to raise the money to go if you are interested. We will help with ideas for this. The streets of New Orleans will be packed with people on their way to eternal hell. Come and help be an answer to someone's prayer for their love one or friend.
